TECHNOLOGY  PROCESSING
The flour mill is the most ideal flour processing machine for farms as well as self-owner. It is hot sale in Russia,Ukraine,Turkmenistan,Tajikistan,Ghana,Ethiopia,Brazil,Bolivia,Brunei and Yemen etc.
We provide wheat, rye, barley and spelt processing solution from cleaning and removal of fungal infestation on the grain surface and shelling to the production of cut groats, flakes, and whole-wheat flour.
The process includes 4 parts:
1.Pre-cleaning:The harvest wheat may be mixed with straw, rope, stone, brick, dirt and other large impurities, which will damage the processing equipment or block the piping system.Therefore, the preliminary cleaning process is required before wheat is stored. 
2.cleaning part: to further clean the wheat from storage silo into milling process to ensure the quality of flour and protect the milling equipment by means such as sieving, aspiration separation, magnetic separation, stone removal, wheat scouring, optical sorting and so on.
3.milling part:to make crushed kernels into flour and to remove bran
4.measuring&packing part:could be manual or semi-automatic or fully automatic
